this tutorial it's a free trial to play with for 30 days

Clone Background

________________________________________________________________

1.) Open new image size 50 x 50 in forground color from
your image.

Place Clone Tool

Clone Tool Setting

2.) Using the clone tool set at:

Shape = Round
Size about 50
Hardness = 50
Opacity = 100
Step = 25
Density = 100.

3.) Pick a spot on your original image that is light and dark
like water and right click on it to set the clone tool for that
area.

4.) Now go to your new image and left click on it till it is full
of the cloned image.

You now should have something like this.

5.) Go to Effects/Plug-in Filters/Simple/Blintz.

You now should have something like this.

6.) Go to Effects/Plug-in Filters/Simple/Zoom Out & Flip.

This should be something like what you end up with.
The main background is the clone one so you can see the
full effect of it.

7.) Save as.... name it.
